Joshua Tree National Park -

April 2019

These photos were taken during a visit to Joshua Tree National Park from April 14 - 20, 2019. I spent the first morning rock climbing and then the rest of the time was spent working on an Earthwatch Institute project assisting researchers in collecting data on selected plant and animal species within the park. 

 

I was fortunate enough to be there during a particularly vibrant wildflower season and as the week progressed, many of the cacti started blooming, as well.

 

I've tried to be as accurate as possible in my plant identifications, but if you feel I'm in error, please make a comment, so I can orrect the error!
