Sunol Regional Wilderness -

Once used by the Ohlone peoples before the arrival of white settlers, this area then became ranch land for a time, before becoming a regional park and protected watershed. In the spring, it is known for having a nice collection of wildflowers. 

I did a roughly five mile loop hike, starting early in the morning.
